Set TRINO_HOST, TRINO_PORT, TRINO_USER, TRINO_PASSWORD, TRINO_CATALOG, TRINO_SCHEMA, TRINO_SSL, OAUTH_ENABLED, OIDC_ISSUER, OAUTH_MODE, OAUTH_REDIRECT_URI, JWT_SECRET before connecting.
