Set DATABASE_URL, NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_URL, NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_ANON_KEY, SUPABASE_SERVICE_ROLE_KEY, GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID, GOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET, GITHUB_CLIENT_ID, GITHUB_CLIENT_SECRET, RESEND_FROM, BETTER_AUTH_URL, BASE_URL before connecting. RESEND_API_KEY is optional or environment-specific per the README.
