Set ANTHROPIC_API_KEY, SMTP_SERVER, SMTP_PORT, SMTP_USERNAME, SMTP_PASSWORD, SMTP_FROM, GITHUB_USERNAME, GITHUB_TOKEN, HF_USERNAME before connecting. IMAP_SERVER is optional or environment-specific per the README.
