Inspeximus MCP Server

Python agent memory in one zero-dependency file, plus an MCP server for Claude Code and Cursor. When a fact is corrected, inspeximus serves the new value and stops the stale one from coming back - deterministically, with no LLM in the loop. It runs locally over stdio via the published package.
