Set DATABASE_URL, PG_ALLOW_WRITE, PG_HOST, PG_PORT, PG_USER, PG_PASSWORD, PG_DATABASE, PG_SSH_USER, PG_SSH_PRIVATE_KEY, PG_SSH_FINGERPRINT before connecting. PG_SSH_HOST is optional or environment-specific per the README.
